Ainazi – Valdemāra ak

Project Objective:

Develop a camping-type recreation complex with several types of standard building solutions to meet the needs of different customer groups. Mainly geared towards accommodating families or small groups of vacationers. The plot is located near the Baltic Sea coast, between the sea and the Tallinn highway, which provides an excellent environment for the creation of a recreation park, both for its use and for attracting potential customers.

Final Outcome:

At the client’s request, 3D AD developed a visual and planning concept for the project to be used in the development of the territory. The goal was to start with two modular buildings and expand the park each year until the final concept was achieved. Visual material was developed that shows both the exterior appearance of the building and explains its possible interior layout.

Ultimately, the client’s wishes were fulfilled by achieving both the desired visually modern appearance of the building and an economical and ergonomic solution. The buildings were designed using a unified modular system, which could be easily adapted as needed without requiring large investments in either construction or reconstruction. The owner has begun work on developing the territory in nature.
