Pļavu street 49
Project Objective:
The client approached 3D AD with a desire to rebuild the layout of the apartment and furnish it in such a way that the solution would be comfortable, elegant, and geared toward the short-term rental market, as well as serving as a family “summer house” apartment where they could escape from their daily routine for a short while.
Final Outcome:
Two layouts were developed and proposed, both designed in an open-plan style, combining the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Wood was chosen as the main material, complemented by a mix of black, white, and sand tones. A hexagonal shape was chosen as the basic pattern, which was integrated into the walls of the room in the form of tiles and wall colors.
The interior was designed in Scandinavian style, as it can be sufficiently minimalistic, creating a pleasant atmosphere for any visitor and making them want to stay, because this apartment will be partially used for renting to city guests. The project included both the interior design of the apartment and the coordination of the redesign with the local building authority.
