Uldis Vilciņš
Member of the Board of 3D AD, Certified - BA(Hons), MArch, LAS, ARB, RIBAUldis is the Head-architect and office manager. Our strengths lie in technical solutions and strategic thinking in both design and business. Areas of expertise: Restoration/renovation, apartment buildings, hotels, complex legal issues related to property rights.
He began his professional career in 2007. in 2007, while studying in a vocational secondary school program at Riga Construction College. After completing college, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Liverpool John Moores University and a master’s degree from The University of Manchester. During his absence, he worked and gained experience at the prestigious architectural firm PRP Architects (PRP). In October 2019, he obtained a UK architect’s certificate and in 2020. Latvian architect’s certificate in February 2007. Since 2020. He runs the company SIA 3D AD.

Anete Biņķe
3D AD strategic consultant in project managementAnete is a certified architect and strategic consultant on public project issues. Anete’s strengths lie in resolving issues related to regulatory acts and legal procedures. He began his professional career in 2012. in 2007 while studying at Riga Construction College. She then continued her studies at Riseba University / FAD, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree, and pursued master’s studies at Riga Technical University. Anete has gained practical experience working in various architectural offices. Anete has experience working in both small teams on detailed projects and in larger teams, such as the Riga City Council Property Department.

Kristīne Dzene
3D AD Project ManagerKristīne is a project manager and consultant on interior design issues. Kristīne has gained extensive experience in road and large construction design offices, as a project manager, and as a technical and sales specialist in several companies related to interior design and furnishing. Kristīne is the internal team’s large project manager, ensuring clear and smooth communication between all parties involved. Kristīne’s strengths are punctuality, communication, and humanity, through which Kristīne is able to achieve effective and timely work performance.

Jānis Rapa
3D AD ArchitectJānis is a certified architect and an indispensable technical specialist on the 3D AD team. Jānis’ strengths are solving complex technical issues and advising the team on software issues.
Jānis graduated from Riseba University / FAD, where he received a bachelor’s degree, and completed his master’s studies at Riga Technical University.

Matīss Kļava
3D AD ArchitectMatīss is a qualified architect and the strongest technical BIM specialist in the 3D AD team. Matīss’ strengths are the development of technical nodes and BIM detailing, as well as the ability to come up with unique architectural solutions that add the necessary zest to projects. Matīss is the team’s main consultant in the specifics of BIM development.
Matīss graduated as a technical facade engineer at Riga Technical University, after which he worked both in Latvia and England as a developer of technical production drawings for facades. He then graduated from Riseba University / FAD, where he received both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree.

Una Ozoliņa
3D AD Arhitekta palīgsUna is an architect’s assistant and technical specialist. Una’s strengths lie in her extensive experience and understanding of complex technical and legal processes involved in design. Una provides strong technical support and assistance to the 3D AD Architects team, both in designing small objects and helping to develop detailed technical solutions for large projects.

Vladimirs Andersons
3D AD Arhitekta palīgsVladimir is an architect’s assistant and technical specialist. Vladimir’s strengths are his experience and technical knowledge in designing wooden structures, including knowledge of constructive solutions, as well as his energy and hard work. Vladimir is the second technical support for the 3D AD team of architects, performing both small object design and assisting with the development of technical solutions for large projects.
