Project Objective:

To design a compact and ergonomic three-story apartment building that is economical in terms of space, construction, and operational costs, while simultaneously presenting an elegant and modern aesthetic.

Final Outcome:

At the client’s request, 3D AD developed the project’s visual and layout concept, intended to attract both potential investors and prospective owners for the project’s further development. Visual materials were developed to showcase the building’s exterior design and explain its potential interior layout.

Ultimately, the client’s requirements were met, delivering both the desired visually modern building design and an economical, ergonomic solution. A key advantage of the project concept is its open layout with a central staircase. This layout offers significant flexibility for re-planning, dividing, and expanding the building, providing all involved parties with greater choice and ensuring the optimal final solution.
