3D AD is an architecture and design office in Riga that specializes in the development of new construction, reconstruction, and restoration projects for medium and large buildings. Over the course of several years, the firm has developed more than 250 projects, focusing on ensuring that each solution helps the client achieve clearly defined construction and financial goals.
Our ambition is to become the strongest architecture and design firm in Latvia, with projects all over the world, competing technically with leading international firms. At the same time, we are consciously creating a firm that focuses on the client’s task and teamwork.

Within the scope of the contract, the client's goals are our focus. We start by understanding the client's vision and business goals – profit, cost optimization, functionality, legal compliance, design, and aesthetics.
High communication culture
We deliberately maintain frequent and open communication with the client and between project participants: we always respond to calls and emails, regularly organize internal and project meetings, and record agreements and changes. This reduces confusion and "firefighting" during the project.
Systematic and transparent design process
Designing is carried out according to a clear sequence of steps, using templates, process checklists, a quality control system, and project management principles. Our goal is to provide the customer with a transparent project, clear deadlines, and understandable decisions.
