1 min clinic
Project Objective:
The client’s business concept is to offer fast and high-quality clinic services without long appointments or queues, providing services ‘within a minute’. The same approach was used in the design and construction of the building. The task was to design a modular building that could be assembled at the factory and delivered ready-made to the site, while at the same time developing the building’s design so that it would be recognizable and modularly compatible with further business development at other sites.
Final Outcome:
The project was developed by creating several concepts – both in terms of dimensions and architectural design. Among the solutions considered were also materials used in construction, and those were selected that are both architecturally high-quality and freely and easily available, adaptable and changeable if necessary.
The final solution chosen includes vertical wood cladding on the frame of the insulated wooden frame building. The vertical plank cladding is designed to allow water to drain easily and prevent damage to the facade, while the varied pattern of the facade creates a recognizable and easily identifiable building image.
