Sipeles street, Marupe

Project aim: The client approached 3D AD with the desire to develop a new construction project for a private house in Mārupe. The client's wishes were to provide his family with a comfortable and modern building, which would be minimalistic and laconic from the outside and to blend it with the neightbours, while inside the rooms would seem spacious and bright, with all the necessary functions and in a pleasing design.

Work done: Within the project, 5 different plans were developed and offered to the client, out of which two of the proposed plans were combined and adjusted. After choosing the plan, a complete project was developed, including architectural detailing, interior design solutions, building structures, all internal and external engineering network solutions, and all the documents required by the regulatory enactments for the successful coordination of the project in the local building authority.

Final result: There are 16 rooms in the building, which occupy a total area of 220 m2. Its total height reaches 7 meters and sits successfully in the surrounding context between the neighboring buildings. A 4-meter-high ceiling with exposed roof structures opens up in the kitchen and living room area, allowing you to perceive the structure of the building from the inside. On the first floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen, a guest or TV room, a gym, a walk-in closet, a technical room and a bathroom. A second-floor hallway connects 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an entrance from the master bedroom. The interior decoration of the whole house is made in light tones, which allows you to visually expand the already impressive rooms.
