Project aim: To design a dental clinic in the commercial premises of an existing historical building. The project should include patient reception, operating room, X-ray room, sanitary room, staff rooms, and other function-supporting rooms, while taking into account the limitations of the existing area dimensions.

Work done: A solution was developed by analyzing the existing common room, developing several potential room layouts. Not only the client's wishes were taken into account, but also the requirements of local regulations. The layout was limited by the existing middle masonry wall and the steps at the entrance to the clinic.

Final result: The developed solution was repeatedly discussed with the client, and even corrected during construction, in order to achieve an optimal area of the premises. The existing total area is relatively small for the desired set of rooms. Our team managed to find the desired solution, without sacrificing anything from the desired set-up.
